Cuisine::pro – Social Media Knife Block Official Contest Rules (United States)

No Purchase is Associated With This Contest.  Purchases of products from Global Retail Brands USA LLC (“Cuisine::pro”) will not enhance or alter any likelihood of winning.

1. Contest Overview

Enter for a chance to win one (1) personalized Damashiro BoDo 10-Piece Knife Block Set by Cuisine::pro each week during the month of August. One (1) prize will be awarded during each weekly contest period.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins on August 1, 2026, and ends on August 28, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET). Entries received after the contest closing date will not be eligible.

3. Eligibility

• Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are the age of majority in their state of residence (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi, and 18 in all other states).

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.  Purchase will also not increase the chances of winning, and no purchase is associated with this contest.

• Employees, contractors, directors, officers, shareholders and agents of Cuisine::pro its affiliates, parent company, and subsidiaries, advertising and contest agencies, wholesale distributors, retail licensees, and all other service agencies involved with the contest, and members of their immediate family (spouse, parent, child and sibling), are not eligible to enter or win

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by: 

1. Completing the online entry form using the link provided through the applicable social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok).
   
   
2. Providing their full name, email address, mailing address, and personalization request (name or initials).
   
   
3. Submitting the completed entry form during the Contest Period.
   
   
4. Limit of one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Cuisine::pro.

5. Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a personalized Damashiro BoDo 10-Piece Knife Block Set each week

• Approximate Retail Value (ARV):  $1,099 USD per prize.

• A total of four (4) prizes will be awarded during the Contest Period.

• Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

6. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during each weekly contest period.

Draw Schedule

• In order to be confirmed as a winner, the selected entrant must have correctly answered a skill-testing question included on the entry ballot.

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the applicable Contest Period.

7. Winner Notification

• Winners will be contacted by email within seven (7) business days of the applicable draw.

• Winners must respond within seven (7) days of notification.

• If a selected winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected. Cuisine::pro reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winners permission for  Cuisine::pro to use their name , city and state of residence and photographs related to the contest for promotional purposes without additional  compensation.  By entering, you hereby grant to Cuisine::pro (its parent company and assigns) the right to commercially exploit any rights of publicity you may have in your name, voice, signature, photograph or likeness and entry into this contest and acceptance of these rules shall act as a written consent for such use.

9. Privacy

Information collected through this contest will be used solely for contest administration, prize fulfillment, and marketing communications from Cuisine::pro entering this contest shall be deemed affirmative asset of this use and of our privacy policy set forth at https://cuisinepro.com/pages/privacy-policy (“Privacy Policy”).  Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable United States federal and state privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.

10. General Conditions

• Cuisine::pro reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the contest if technical issues, fraud  or other factors impair the integrity of the contest.

• Cuisine::pro reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. 

• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and by all decisions made by Cuisine::pro, which are final.

11. Release of Liability

By participating entrants release and hold harmless Cuisine::pro, its affiliates, employees and  representatives from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance, use or  misuse of any prize.

12. Social Media Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Meta, Instagram, Byte Dance, TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC,  or TikTok. By participating, entrants release Meta, Byte Dance, TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC,  Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and their respective parent companies from any liability related to this contest.

13. Taxes 

All federal, state and local taxes, if any, associated with the receipt or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

14. Void Where Prohibited

This contest is void where prohibited by law.

16.  Disputes

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of each entrant and Sponsor in connection with this contest, or any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise between you and Sponsor, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. All actions or proceedings arising out of or related to this contest or these Official Terms and Rules shall be exclusively litigated in any local, state or federal court located in Los Angeles, California .  The parties hereto consent to personal jurisdiction in any local, state or federal court located in Los Angeles , California and hereby waive any objection to process based on personal jurisdiction.  By entering this contest, all entrants are agreeing to waive rights they might otherwise have including, but not limited to, the rights (a) to initiate representative actions, collective actions, and/or class actions; and (b) to participate in representative actions, collective actions, or class actions initiated by others.
